The Genexine Hotline is a system through which corporate stakeholders, such as executives and employees of Genexine, affiliates, and shareholders, report fraudulent/insolvent acts or receive suggestions/improvements/suggestions for unfair practices and policies in terms of ethical management.
An in-house full-time auditor operates the hotline as the only recipient. It is used under the principle of "guaranteeing the informant's anonymity and not causing any disadvantages due to reporting."
As an independent organization separated from the management organization, the audit will faithfully investigate and improve on behalf of the informant, with anonymity and safety as the top priority.
